KUALA LUMPUR, May 14 — Fortis Healthcare Ltd is not investing in IHH Healthcare Bhd, a company statement said today.
In clarifying an earlier report, IHH Healthcare said Fortis accepted an investment offer from an Indian consortium comprising Hero Enterprise Investment Office and Burman Family Office.
The Malaysian healthcare provider was among the companies bidding for Fortis, which operated 30 hospitals in India. — Bernama
