KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 20 — Another body was found early this morning in the search operations for five missing persons who were feared drowned while fishing in a river near the Sungai Buloh Camp, near here yesterday.

The discovery raised to two bodies found so far following the incident that occurred yesterday afternoon when a strong current swept off the victims while three others were safe.

According to a Selangor Fire and Rescue spokesman, the body was found fully clothed at 1.26am stuck to a tree about nine kilometres from the location of the tragedy in Sungai Gasi.

The body had been sent to the Sungai Buloh Hospital for a post-mortem and identification purposes.

The first body was found about seven kilometres from the location of the incident last night.

Earlier, the police did not rule out the possibility that there could be more victims based on the information obtained from the preliminary investigation on the incident and the presence of several other anglers in the area during the tragedy.

The search and rescue operation for the victims was still continuing. — Bernama
