The notice also requires the vendors to completely vacate their lots in Imbi market by April 25 and commence business at ICC from April 26 onwards.

Earlier, DBKL had issued a letter to the vendors on March 16 to shift to ICC by April 1. However, the shift was postponed.

Some of the vendors said that they were not willing to shift unless they saw a Certificate of Fitness (CF) for the 7-storey ICC.

So far, only the basement and two floors of the building have been completed while work is still ongoing on the upper floors.

In the letter from DBKL, they confirmed that phase one of ICC has been completed, with the certificate of fitness obtained.
