The police have seized two knives - believed to be the murder weapons - from the scene of the murder and the hotel room.

Cheras police chief ACP Mohan Singh Tara Singh said both suspect and victim had checked into a room on the fourth floor of the hotel for half a day yesterday.

He said initial investigations revealed that the two men were involved in a quarrel before the Vietnamese was found stabbed to death. — Bernama
