KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 8 — Creative platform RIUH will be back this month at APW in Bangsar with a whole bunch of exciting offerings.

Kick started in August, the monthly creative platform is now on its fourth edition and it will be held on November 11 and 12 from 10am till 9pm. This month visitors can once again expect a variety of pop-up stores from fashion brands for men, women and kids, homeware and artisanal produce to dishes and snacks that would curb the hunger pangs.

As every RIUH is curated around a different theme, this time around it will be centred on the look and feel of a carnival. Festival funk band, Ryot Jones, Aseana Percussion Unit, a world fusion percussion ensemble as well as acoustic performance by Sarah Danielle and Ravi Shankar and vinyl dj, DiskoSantan have been lined up. Additionally, there will also be a dikir barat performance by ASK Dance Company.

There will also be a special collaboration between RIUH and LOL Events that includes a Comedy Workshop: Unleash Your Inner Funny. Visitors will also have a hilarious time watching the antics of Joanne Kam, Prakash Daniel and JD Raja Lawak at Ber-Riuh in Comedy, a stand-up comedy with a twist.

Besides homemade smoked barbequed meat, laksa and freshly baked pastries as well as cookies, Malaysian-Irish model Danielle Peita Graham will also be making her first debut since publishing her cookbook On The Table At Home to serve up wholesome meals at RIUH!

Taking cues from Covent Garden in London, Finders Keepers in Australia and Knack Market in Bangkok, RIUH aims to provide a platform for the local creative industry to showcase their products and flaunt their talent as well as for the community to discover a spectrum of creative offerings.
