You might remember having a journal or a diary as a teenager where you would write page upon page about your angst (especially true during those times when social media did not exist!).  

Simply writing down your thoughts and feelings is said to be habit that can help you deal with your emotional roller coaster and it also helps express your inner creativity. Yup, journaling is an effective stress management tool that provides numerous emotional and health benefits.  

But in these times of technological advancement, even the mere task of writing is something that sounds so out of bounds, what more actually writing down sentence after sentence of how your day went.
