NEW YORK, April 5 — If you’ve just realised that you have some stale bread and overripe bananas sitting in the kitchen, this recipe will come in really handy.

In this clip by YouTube channel Tasty, you’ll learn how to create a delectable banana bread pudding with no added sugar so you won’t have to feel guilty about your dessert craving at all!

You’ll need these ingredients for this recipe that serves six: 6–7 slices of bread, 4 ripe bananas, 3 eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 2 tsp of vanilla extract and 1 cup of chocolate chips.

First, cut the bread into small cubes and then place onto a baking sheet to bake at 350°F/175°C for five minutes. This step is to help dry the bread out.

Place the bread in the mixture and let it soak for five to 10 minutes before adding in the chocolate chips. Stir everything together again before spooning the mixture into a large muffin tin.

Bake at 350°F/175°C for 20 minutes. Enjoy with a scoop of your favourite ice cream or topped with chocolate syrup and whipped cream.
