NEW YORK, March 28 — Crispy on the outside with a delicious molten centre, a soufflé can be filled with many of your favourite ingredients and certainly makes for a dessert favourite.

This clip by YouTube channel Tasty will show you how to use everyone’s favourite hazelnut cocoa spread to create a tasty, mouth-watering Nutella soufflé.

You’ll need these ingredients for this recipe that serves two: 1/2 cup of Nutella, 2 eggs, 1 tsp of sugar, unsalted butter and cocoa powder.

Before you begin, be sure to preheat the oven to 375˚F or 190˚C. Butter two soufflé ramekins and sprinkle with cocoa powder, tapping out the excess. This step is to ensure the soufflé won’t stick to the ramekin.

Next, mix the Nutella and two egg yolks in a medium bowl. In a separate medium bowl, whisk two egg whites until the foam starts to form. Add sugar and continue mixing until they hold stiff peaks.

Fold in 1/3 of the whites into the Nutella mixture until fully incorporated. Add the remaining whites to the mixture and fold gently, but thoroughly until the mixture is smooth.

Pour the mixture into the ramekins and don’t forget to clean the rims so the soufflé rises evenly. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes before serving immediately. Enjoy!
