NEW YORK, March 11 — Can’t decide what to have for dinner tonight? Why not try out this delicious bacon guacamole chicken bomb recipe.

That’s right, this clip from YouTube channel Tasty combines three ingredients we all love — chicken, bacon and guacamole — into one super easy, delicious dish that’s perfect for a lazy night in.

You’ll need  2 ripe avocados,1/2 finely chopped white onion, 1/2 chopped tomato,  2 tbsp chopped cilantro, 1/2 tbsp of kosher salt, 2 tbsp of freshly squeezed lime juice, 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, freshly ground black pepper, 8 bacon strips and 1 tbsp canola oil.

Before you begin prepping your ingredients, preheat your oven to 400°F.

Next, prepare the guacamole by combining the avocado, onion, tomato, cilantro, salt, and lime juice in a large bowl. Mash and stir with a fork until there are no large chunks of avocado left.

Season the chicken breasts well with salt and pepper on all sides. Slice the chicken breasts in half crosswise ad cut a slit into the centre of each half to make a pocket. Take a heaping spoonful of the guacamole mix and pack it into the pocket. Pinch the edges of the chicken closed.

Wrap the chicken with two strips of bacon, making sure the ends of the bacon all end up on the same side of the chicken.

In a pan, heat some over high heat. Sear the bacon-wrapped chicken for two to three minutes on each side before putting into the oven to bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
