LONDON, June 15 — British designer Sir Terence Conran has designed a tea set to mark the 50th anniversary of European design retailer Habitat, the brand he founded in London in 1964.

“Gamme Parnasse” consists of a teapot, milk jug, sugar bowl, cream jug, teacup, spoons and plates. Crafted in cream porcelain, the series features contemporary angular forms and clean liens.

The collection forms part of Habitat’s Autumn/Winter collection 2014. Pieces range from €10 (RM44) for a set of four teaspoons to €40 for the teapot.

The series is one of three special partnerships launched to mark the brand’s milestone birthday, including a range of kitchenware by French celebrity chef Thierry Marx and a re-edition of a set of living room furniture pieces by the 20th century designer Robert Mallet Stevens.
