1. Cheeming Boey Cheeming Boey has quite the impressive resume. A lead animator at Blizzard for the Diablo I and Diablo II games, he now writes full-time and has written two books, “When I Was A Kid” and “When I Was A Kid 2”. Follow his hilarious webcomics that feature his various misadventures and his adorably paranoid mother.

2. Irma ‘Aimo’ Ahmed Irma Ahmed or Aimo as she’s known by is most famous for her fan comics set in the Dragon Age and Hobbit universes. She is now a professional sketch card artist and illustrator. 3. Jian Goh Jian Goh’s website Miao & WafuPafu chronicles his daily life but illustrated by cute anime-inspired characters. Kuching-born Goh has a book coming out in September called “Once upon a Miao”.

5. Vulpineninja This artist who we only know as Vulpineninja does not, unlike the others we featured, have webcomics online but instead posts random comics on Facebook. They are hilarious and insightful looks at social issues in Malaysia from the artist’s perspective. Follow the artist on Facebook if you want more of Vulpineninja's localised and funny stuff.
